Authority of Trustee to incur expenditure for securing the health, safety or convenience of pilgrims and worshippers :– (1) The Trustee of a Religious institution may out of the funds in his charge, after satisfying adequately the purposes of the institution, incur expenditure on arrangements for securing the health, safety or convenience of disciples, training of Vidyarthis or for securing the health and safety of pilgrims or worshippers resorting to the institution.
