Trustee to furnish accounts, returns, etc. :– The Trustee of every Religious institution shall furnish to the Commissioner, 2[the Deputy Commissioner] or the Assistant Commissioner such accounts, returns, reports or other informations relating to the administration of the institution in his charge,
