Definitions :– In this Act unless the context otherwise requires (a) “Government” means the State Government of Orissa; (b) “Grama Panchayat” and “Village” shall have the same meaning as have been respectively assigned to them in the Orissa Grama Panchayat Act, 1964 (Orissa Act 1 of 1965); (c) “President” means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (d) all other words and expressions used in this Act but not defined *.
