Control over Places of Public resort and Entertainment :– With the previous intimation to the Collector a Grama Panchayat may notify that no enclosed place, building or tent situated within the Grama and covering an area of five hundred square feet or more shall be used by any person or party for the purpose of Public resort or entertainment, the admission whereto is regulated by payment of money, without obtaining a licence from it in the prescribed manner.
