Reference by a Sarpanch to the Sub-divisional Officer in certain Cases :– If in the opinion of the Sarpanch any decision of Grama Panchayat– (a) is subversive of peace and order in the locality; or (b) results or is likely to result in any manifest injustice or unfair- ness to an individual or body of individuals or a particular Com- munity; or (c) is likely to cause obstruction, annoyance or injury to the Public 1-A.
