Suspension of prosecution in certain cases :– When an order or direction of the kind specified in Section 133 is subject to appeal and an appeal has been filed, all proceedings to enforce such order or direction and all prosecution for a breach thereof may, by order of the appellate authority, be suspended pending the decision of the appeal.
