Deputation of Officers to advise Grama Panchayats :– The Collector may by general or special order direct any Officer of any of the departments of Government engaged in development work within the dis- trict to attend any meeting of the Grama Panchayat and to advise and assist such Panchayat on any matter relating to the work of the Depart- ment to which such Officer belongs.
