(1) The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely:─ (a) The Vice-Chancellor of the University who shall be the ex officio Chairman; (b) The Registrar of the University who shall be the ex officio Secretary; (c) The Finance Officer of the University; (c) Two members of the Board of Governors, nominated by the Sponsoring Body; (d) Three deans of the University; and (e) Two senior Professors of the University. (2) The powers and functions of the Board of Management shall be such, as may be prescribed. (3) The term of office of the members other than the ex officio members shall be three years.
