(1) The Finance Officer shall be appointed by the Board of Governors in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed in the Statutes. (2) The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Vice- Chancellor in such manner and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed in the Statutes.
