Nodal Agency 4.1 The MSME Department, Govt. of Odisha shall be the Nodal Agency for administration of Odisha Food Processing Policy-2016. 4 4.2 The Director of Industries, Odisha along with Regional Industries Centres (RICs) / District Industries Centres (DICs) shall be the implementing agency for the purpose of this Policy.
