- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Orissa Eyes (Authority for use for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1985

- S. 3Section 3 of the Odisha Eyes Act permits the removal of eyes for therapeutic purposes if the deceased had authorized it or had no objections.
