Power of the State Government to regulate molasses, black jaggery, mohua flower, etc. and to enforce prohibition :– The State Government may frame rules to regulate movement, possession and sale of molasses, black Jaggery, mohua flower ect. indicating terms and conditions as are necessary and expedient to prevent their misuse for illicit distillation.
