Report of arrests, seizures and searches :– When any Excise Officer below the rank of an Officer in Charge of an Excise Station makes or receives information of any arrest, seizure or search under this Act. he shall, within twenty- four hours of such arrest, seizure or search make a full report thereof to the Officer- in Charge of Excise Station within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the arrest, seizure or search was made.
