Penalty for contravention of Section 24 :– Whoever contravenes the provisions of Section 24 shall, on conviction, be punishable with imprisonment for a term, which shall not be less than two years but may extend to five years and also with fine which shall not be less than ten thousand rupees but may extend upto twenty-five thousand rupees.
