Application of Sections 37 to 42 to licences for retail sale of intoxicants other than spirit :– The provisions of Sections 37 to 42 as to licences for the retail sale of spirit shall apply also in respect of licences for the retail sale, in any local area specified in any order made by the State Government in this behalf, of any other intoxicant specified in such order.
