Submission of objections and suggestions to Collector :– Objections and suggestions to any proposal contained in any list prepared under Section 37 may be submitted to the Collector at any time prior to the date as may be prescribed by– (a) any person or persons residing in the vicinity of the shop to which such proposal relates; or (b) Local Bodies.
