Accounts and returns :– Every licensee shall maintain such accounts and 15 THE ODISHA EXCISE ACT, 2008 submit to the authorized Excise Officers such returns in such forms containing such particulars relating to stock, apparatus, excise duty or fee payable and paid to the Government and such other information at such interval as may be prescribed.
