Powers to declare what shall be deemed to be country liquor, foreign liquor and India made foreign liquor respectively :– The State Government may, by notification, declare from time to time what other intoxicants than those provided in clauses (g), (p) and (s) of Section 2 for the purposes of this Act shall be deemed to be, ‘country liquor', ‘foreign liquor’ and ‘India made foreign liquor’ respectively.
