Bar of suits and prosecution against the State and Officers :– No suit,prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government or any other Officer of the State Government exercising any powers or discharging any functions or performing duties in relation to the forfeiture of illegally acquired property for thing done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act.
