Power of Collector, Claims Officer and Compensation Officer to require production of documents, etc. - The Collector, the Claims Officer or the Compensation Officer may, by written order, require any person to produce such documents, papers and registers or to furnish such information as the Collector, Cla ims Officer or the Compensation Officer may deem necessary for the proper discharge of his powers and duties under the different provisions of this Act.
