Delegation - The State Government may, by notification, direct that any power which is conferred on them by this Act shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in that direction, be exercised or discharged by any officer not below the rank of a member of the Board of Revenue subordinate to the State Government.
