Release from requisition:- (1) Where any property requisitioned under this Act, is to be released from such requisition, the State Government or any person generally or specially authorised by them in this behalf may, after such enquiry,if any, as they or he may in any case consider it necessary to make or cause to be made, specify by order in writing the person to whom possession of the property shall be given. 5 (2) The delivery of possession of the property to the person specified in an order under sub-section (1) shall he a full discharge of the State Government from all liabilities in respect of the property, but shall not prejudice any rights in respect of the property, which, any other person may be entitled by a due process of law to enforce against the person to whom possession of the property is given. 7.Delegation of power:- (1) The State Government may, by notified order, authorise any officer or authority subordinate to the State Government, to exercise any one or more of the powers vested in them by or under this Act, except the power mentioned in section 17, in relation to such matters and subject to such restrictions and conditions, if any, a may be specified in the order. (2) The exercise of the powers delegated under sub-section (1) shall be subject to control and revision by the State Government or by such persons as may be empowered by them in that behalf. The State Government shall also halve power to control and revise the acts or proceedings of any persons so empowered.
