Annual accounts of licensee. - (1) Every licensee shall, unless expressly exempted by its licence, prepare and render to the Commission, on or before the date in each year specified in its licence, an annual statement of accounts of its undertaking and of each separate business unit as specified in its licence made up to such date, in such form and containing such particulars, as may be set in its licence. It shall be a term of its licence that such statements shall be published in the manner prescribed in the regulations. CHAPTER-VII Re-Organisation of the Electricity Industry
