Notwithstandii~g anything contained in the Validation Orissa Education Act, 1969 or in any judgement, of actioaa* ! OrlPrra Act decree or order of any Court, no order passed or is of 1969. action taken for the supersession of the Managing I Committee of any schooI by the Director of Public ! Instruction (Higher Education), the Additional !
