(1) The Pro-Chairman of the Society shall be the Vice- Chairman of the University. (2) In absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall perform all such functions and exercise all such powers of the Chairman as specified in Section 14. (3) In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman shall preside over the meetings of Board of Governors. (4) The Vice-Chairman of the University shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as delegated to him by the 17 Board of Governors and conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes made thereunder.
