Inspection of assets. - Any person authorised in this behalf by the sanctioning authority or the Collector may enter any place or premises for inspecting any land construction, machinery, appliance, materials or stock-in- trade acquired or hired or proposed to be acquired or hired by any borrower with the loan granted to him.
