Delegation of powers. - Subject to the provisions of this Act- (i) the State Government may, by order delegate all or any of its powers, duties and functions under this Act or the rules made thereunder to any officer under its control; and (ii) the Director of Relief and Rehabilitation or the Collector may, with the sanction of the State Government, delegate any of his powers, duties and functions under this Act to any other officer under the control of the State Government.
