Co ntr ibution by urban local body-(1) Every urban local body within the development area shall pay to the concerned· Authority on the first day of each half year, so long as the Authority continues to exist, a sum not exceeding ten per centum of its revenues in a year from all sources other than service taxes, as may be det~rm ined by the State Government, from time to time.
