Disposal of land by the Authority-The disposal of any land acquired by the State Government and transferred to the Authority under Section 73 or any land transferred to the Authority under Sub-section ( 1) of Section 75 or any other land without carrying out development thereon, or any other movable or immovable properties belonging to the Authority shall be done in accordance with the rules made for the purpose in this behalf.
