Payment by adjustment of account-All payments due to be made to any person by the Authority under this Act shall, as far as possible, be made by adjustment in such account with the Authority in respect of the final plot concerned or of any of the plot in which he has an interest and failing such adjustment, shall be paid in cash or in such other manner as may be agreed upon by the parties.
