Powers of Board to decide matters finally- (1) After making such inqu[ry as it may think fit , the Board of Appeal may either pirect the Valuation Officer lo reconsider his proposals or may accept, modify, vary or reject the proposals of the Valuation Officer. (2) The decision of the Board of Appeal shall be final and binding on all persons.
