Appeal-All decisions of the Valuation Officer under Clauses (iii), (iv), (vi), (vii), (viii) and (x) of Sub-section ~)of Section 35 shall forthwith be communicated to the party concerned in the form prescribed by· rules and any party aggrieved by such decision, may, within one month from the dale of communication of the Clecision, prefer an appeal to the Board of Appeal constituted _under Section 38. 38."
