Procedure for making rules and regulations-(1) In making rules ·or regulations under Section 123 or 124 , a draft of the same shall be published in the Gazette. (2) There shall be published with the draft a notice specifying a date, being not earlier than fifteen days, on or after which the draft shall be taken into consideration . . (3} The State. Government or the Authority, as the case may be, shall consider any objection or suggestion, if any, that may be received before the specified date and make such alterations or modifications as it may deem fit. · (4) All rules and r·egulations so made shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into force on the date of su.ch publication. .126. Canceliation of regulations by the State Government -The State Government may, in consultation with the Authority and after previous publication of their intention, rescind any regulations made by the Authority, and thereupon such regulat.ions shall cease to have effect.
