Exemption from Stamp Duty under Indian Stamp Act, 1899- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Indian Stamp Act, 1 S99 (Act No. 2 ol 1 S99) no duty shall be imposed on any deed of transfer of immovable property either by or in favour of the Authority.
