Power to delegate-(1) The Authority may, by notification, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act, except the power to make regulations, may also be exercised by such officer or local authority or committee constituted under Section 6 1[or Special Purpose Vehicle constituted under section 6A or Special Planning Authority designated under section 3A] as may be mentioned therein , in such cases and subject to such conditions if any as may be specifie'd therein. ' (2) The State Government.may, by notification, direct that any power exercisable by it under .this Act. except the power to make ruies, may also be exercised by such officer 1[or such Committe.e, to be constituted by the State Government for the purpose,] as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein. (3) The Chairman or the Vice Chairman with the prior approval of the Authority, may by order, direct that any power exe.rcisable by him under this Act, may also be exercised by such officer as may be mentioned therein in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
