(2) The State Government may, by notif cation, appoint such pzrsons aq they think fit to be inspectors fm. the purposes,.of this Act and define the local lii~~its within ivhich they shall exercise their powers under this Act. (3) In addition to any power conferred on the Chief 111spector by or under this Act, he may exe~cise all or any of the powers of an Inspector.
