Power of the Court how exercised.- The Court may exercise all or any of the powers conferred on it by this Act through the Collector of the district within the limits of which any part of property of a ward is situated or through any other person whom it may at any time appoint in that behalf ; and may confer any of its powers on any such Collector or person and withdraw any powers so conferred.
