Definitions.- In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context- (a) "The Court" means the Court of Wards; (b) "Minor" means a person who has not completed the age of twenty-one years; (c) "Property" includes both immovable property and movable property; (d) "Proprietor" means a person who owns or has a life interest in land either solely or as a co-sharer; (e) "Ward" means a person who is under the charges of the Court or whose property Is under such charge.
