Employees of Court deemed to be public servants.- Every guardian, manager, or other servant of the Court shall be deemed to be public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 (XLV of 1860) and in the definition of legal remuneration contained in Section 161 of the said Code, the word "Government" shall, for the purposes of this section, be deemed to include the Court.
