Duties of persons whose labour or services are requisitioned. - Every able-bodied person whose labour or services are requisitioned under Section 4 shall, subject to the prescribed conditions, be required to perform such services of watch and ward and such other works in connection with the prevention of or repair of the same and for such period as the officer-in-. charge of embankment may, from time to time, direct him to do so.
