Information of death occuring in clinical establishments :— If any death occurs in a clinical establishment, the owner, propritor or the management thereof shall within twenty-four hours from the time of such occurence, furnish such informations in respect thereof in the prescribed form to the supervising authority and to such other authority or authorities as may be prescribed.
