Definitions- In this Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context- (a) “Cinema” includes any apparatus for the representation of moving pictures or series of pictures: (b) “Place” includes also a house, building, tent and any description of transport whether by water, lard or air; and. (c) “Prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
