Whoever having the actual charge of or control- over a girl under the ~ ~ $ ~ ' ' age of eighteen years muses or enmurages the seduction (which shall include etc. inducement to indulge in immoral behaviour or prostitution) of that girl or muses or enmurages any one other than her husband to have sexual intercourse with her, shall, on conviction be punishable with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or with both. Explanation-For the purposes of this srction, a person shaH be deemed to have caused or encoflhged the seduction of a girl or to have induced her to behave immomlly if he has allowed the girl to live with or enter or continue in the employment of any prostitute or a person of immoral character. Immoral N- 5-.
