- S. 1(1) This Act may be called Die Chatrapur Notified Area Council (Postpone ment of Election) Act, 1984
- S. 2Section defines terms "Municipal Act" and "Council" for the Chatrapur Notified Area Council (Postponement of Election) Act, 1984.
- S. 3Section 3 postpones the general election for the Chatrapur Notified Area Council until a later date set by the State Government.
