(1) The licensing authority may, after giving Cancellation or suspension the licensee an opportunity of being hoard, cancel or of Ii~cnce. suspend the licence on all or any of the following g o u nds, namely : - (a) that the licence had bocn obtained by mis- representation as to matorial particuIars; (b) that any of the provisions of this Act or any condition of ~ h o licence has been ' contravened. (2) Every order made under this section shaU be cofimunicated 'by the licensing authority to the 1,icen see.
