RAMAN GLOBAL UNIVERSITY, ODISHA BILL, 2019 AN ACT FOR CONVERTING THE C.V RAMAN COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, KHURDA INTO A SELF-FINANCED PRIVATE UNITARY UNIVERSITY IN THE STATE FOR CONDUCTING RESEARCH AND PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION AND TO REGULATE ITS FUNCTION AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED THEREWITH OR INCIDENTAL THERETO. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Odisha in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER – 1 PRELIMINARY 1.(1) This Act may be called the C.V.
