Every employee or student of the University shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, have a right to appeal within such time as Conditions of service of employees. Right to appeal. Fee structure. 28 may be prescribed, to the Board against the decision of any officer or authority of the University and thereupon the Board or the President on its behalf may confirm, modify or change the decision appealed against.
