(1) If any question arises regarding the interpretation of any provision of this Act, or any Statutes or as to whether a person has been duly appointed or nominated or is entitled to be a member of any authority or body of the University, the matter may be referred to the Chancellor. (2) The Chancellor shall, after taking such advice as he may deem necessary, decide the question and his decision thereon shall be final.
