The creation of the Board will be administered conveniently as it will cut out the stages of reference between the district offices and the Government. Henceforth the Board will take orders from Government and communicate them to the district offices This will ensure quicker transaction of business, effecting economy in expenditure at the same time as tour offices, namely, those of the Revenue Commissioner of Excise and the Revenue Department of Government will be condensed into one.
