Notwithstanding anything contained -in' this Act, the Statutes or the Regulations, every student of thc Colleges, institutions or Departments which have been disaatiated from other Universities in accordarlce wlth provisidnS of section 37 or 39, wh? was studying in* any such College or Tastitution or Department and was elrglble lo be admitted to any examinaiion held or conducted by any such other University shall be permitted to complete his courses of studies and be admitted to the examioation of the University and the University shall makc arrangement- (a) for the instruction, teaching, training and holding examinati~n for such . student, for such period and in such manner as may be det'ermined by the Vice-Chancellor in accordance with the courses of studies of othcr Universities concerned; and (6) for (he conferment of the corresponding degree, diploma or other academic distinction of the Unlbersity upon the qualified student on ' the result of such examination. . - - . : . - CHAPTER x . . .. 0 -; : '.. . .M~SCELLANEOUS ,
